How to track your miles using Strava
This is a step-by-step guide on how to sign up to use Strava to track your miles using GPS through an app on your phone.

- Make a free account with Strava
You can sign up directly or use your Google account if you prefer - Join our ABCD Bethlehem Strava club
Click the orange “Join Club” button. This will help us see the miles you’re logging. - Install Strava on your phone
Strava uses GPS to track the distance you’ve covered, so you don’t need to work out how many miles you’ve done, which is very handy. - Record your activity
The next time you want to log some miles for The Palestine Relay as part of your challenge, click the “record” button at the bottom of the screen when you begin, and stop when you’re done. - That’s it!

Strava is an app used by millions of people worldwide to log the distance they’re covering when they exercise. It works by tracking your GPS, so at the end of your run, walk or cycle, it adds up the distance you’ve covered automatically.
Do I have to use Strava to take part in the Palestine Relay?
No, you don’t! You can track your miles any other way you like. All we ask is that you regularly send us an update through this form so we know how close we are to the finish line.
How can I log my miles if I don’t use Strava?
You can log your miles by counting them up manually, then regularly submitting them through this form.
