Trustee Alastair Harris celebrates his 65th birthday on a pilgrimage in aid of ABCD

Trustee Alastair Harris will be retracing the steps of sixth-century Saint Cadfan along the Llwybr Cadfan pilgrimage route to celebrate his 65th birthday in January.
Alastair was 65 in January this year and is celebrating by retracing the steps of sixth-century Saint Cadfan along the Llwybr Cadfan pilgrimage route – all 128 plus two miles of it! In other words, ‘65 Miles for 65 Years Twice’.
This newly created pilgrimage journey begins at Tywyn and ends either at Aberdaron, or, for the more adventurous, a final couple of miles further, on Ynys Enlli, Bardsey Island. He is undertaking this spectacular pilgrimage to raise £2,000 for Action Around Bethlehem Children with Disability (ABCD Bethlehem).
Alastair writes: “This wonderful charity, of which I’ve had the privilege of being a trustee for 10 years, supports rehabilitation work with Palestinian children living with disability in some of the most challenged area of the Occupied Palestinian Territories.”
