This Autumn ABCD Bethlehem will be hosting two organised fundraising walks – one in the North and one in the South of England – giving supporters from across the country the opportunity to come together, enjoy some of Britain’s most beautiful landscapes, and make a real difference to the lives of children with disabilities in Palestine.

Our walks are open to everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or simply enjoy a day outdoors with good company, every step you take helps raise awareness and vital funds for our work.

Every Step Makes a Difference

Both walks form part of our Palestine Relay, our 2,000-mile challenge inspired by the distance between London and Bethlehem. Together, supporters are walking, running, cycling and swimming those symbolic miles to raise funds for our Hope Through Hearing campaign, which will establish a dedicated audiology centre in Al Am’ari refugee camp.

By joining one of our organised walks, you’ll not only enjoy a memorable day out, but you’ll also become part of a community working together to give Palestinian children hear, learn and play.

Our Northern Walk

Our Northern Walk takes place in the spectacular Peak District, offering a rewarding route through some of England’s most iconic countryside.

This year’s walk follows a circular route from Edale via Mam Tor, Lose Hill and Castleton, with stunning panoramic views, welcoming company and plenty of opportunities to add your miles to the Palestine Relay.

If you enjoy a more adventurous walk surrounded by breathtaking scenery, this is the perfect event for you.

Our Southern Walk

Our Southern Walk offers a gentler route along one of London’s most beautiful stretches of the River Thames.

Beginning at Hampton Court Palace and finishing in Richmond, the walk follows the Thames Path through historic riverside scenery, making it ideal for those looking for a relaxed and sociable day out while supporting a worthwhile cause.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, meet fellow supporters and help move our Palestine Relay one step closer to Bethlehem.
