ABCD Bethlehem launches search for new Trustee as we look ahead to next 40 years

ABCD Bethlehem is delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a new Trustee (Fundraising Lead) to join our Board at an exciting time in the charity's journey. 

As we move towards our 40th year, we are taking the opportunity to reflect on the impact ABCD has made since 1986 and look ahead to the future, including the development of our next five-year strategy. 

This new trustee role will play a key part in helping us strengthen and shape our fundraising approach, ensuring we can continue to grow, diversify our income and increase our long-term impact for children with disabilities and their families across Palestine.

The Trustee (Fundraising Lead) will join a committed Board of Trustees working remotely across the UK. The role is primarily strategic, helping to guide ABCD's fundraising direction as part of our wider organisational strategy. 

As a small charity, we are also looking for someone willing to offer practical support and advice where needed, particularly as we explore new fundraising opportunities and strengthen our income streams. 

The role includes supporting thinking and development across areas such as trusts and foundations, individual giving, legacy fundraising, corporate partnerships, CRM and supporter engagement. 

ABCD has been supporting children with disabilities across Palestine since 1986, working through trusted local partners to deliver vital rehabilitation, education and care services. 

As we prepare for the next stage of our journey, this trustee will help ensure we are well placed to grow our impact and continue supporting children and families for years to come. 

We are looking for someone with experience in fundraising strategy or income generation within the charity sector, who shares our commitment to our mission.
